These are truly wonderful, flavoursome Confit of Duck Gizzard. Very simply pan fried they are a key ingredient to a Perigord Salad (See our recipes and menu's) or are perfect as a starter. Confit Duck Gizzards are yet another ingenious product from South West France and are a fantastic accompanyment to salads and savoury dishes.
