These white Haricot Beans have been delicately cooked in Goose Fat and form the base of home made Cassoulet. Simply add good pork sausages, traditionally from Toulouse, and pieces of our Duck Confit to reproduce this wonderful French stew. Other ingredients that can also be added include thick pieces of ham or pork, black pudding or fresh tomatoes.
