This is a magnificent marriage of flavours encompassing wonderfully succulent duck confit with sliced potatoes that have been slowly roasted in Goose Fat and delicately flavoured with Parsley. 'Confit avec Pommes Sarladaises' is a dish found thoughout South West France and these individual portions are a perfect example of convenience dinners at their best. Can be reheated in the microwave or in a conventional oven.
