Preserved Foie Gras should be chilled for several hours prior to serving. Remove the Foie Gras from the fridge for approximately 30 minues before slicing with a knife dipped in warm water to produce velvety smooth slices. Served with warm French toasts, a light salad tossed in walnut oil and a sweet confit d’ognions. Traditionally, Foie Gras is enjoyed with a glass of sweet Sauternes or Monbazillac. Alternatively, place a slice of Foie Gras on Fillet Steak just as it finishes cooking to add a different dimension to this classic French Dish
