Richer and with a more gamey flavour than the Duck Foie Gras this perfect Goose Foie Gras should be chilled for several hours prior to serving. Remove the Foie Gras from the fridge for approximately 30 minues before slicing with a knife dipped in warm water to produce velvety smooth slices. Served with warm French toasts, a light salad tossed in walnut oil and a sweet confit d’ognions. Traditionally, Foie Gras is enjoyed with a glass of sweet Sauternes or Monbazillac. Alternatively, place a slice of Foie Gras on Fillet Steak just as it finishes cooking to add a different dimension to this classic French Dish
