Traditional Goose Cassoulet from Castelnaudary, the self proclaimed capital of the Cassoulet world. La Belle Chaurienne are one of the best known produces of Cassoulet and we are pleased to bring you this fantastic flavoured dish of White Haricot Beans in a rich sauce with pieces of Goose Confit and Toulouse sausage. To reheat simply place the contents in a saucepan and heat gently until piping hot or for that more authentic feel, place the contents in an oven proof dish and sprinkle liberally with bread crumbs to produce the traditional crust that a true Cassoulet is renowned for. Cook for approximately 20 minutes and serve with warm crusty bread.
