'Bon Appetit Hamper' Traditional French Meals & Wild Mushrooms

A fantasic present for someone who enjoys eating and cooking  fine French Food included is a range of traditional French rice and grain dishes that are simple to recreate at home.  Each of the dishes use fantastic French flavours and include Wild Porcini Risotto, Pearl Barley with Sun Dried Vegetables, Provencale Style Bulgar Wheat and Catalan Style Spelt.  Each packet serves 2-3 people and is very easy to prepare.  We have also included 2 containers of dried wild mushrooms, great for any store cupboard and perfect for making stocks and sauces.  These include a selection of wild forest mushrooms and the trumpet style girolles, renowned for their golden colour and rich flavour.
