4/5 Pieces of succulent Duck Confit from Adrien Delbos. Only free range ducks fed on whole grain corn have been used to produce this incredibly flavoursome Confit.  To reheat the Duck Confit, firstly gently remove the pieces from the tin and remove any excess fat. This fat should be kept and stored in the refrigerator to be used for roast potato heaven.   The duck pieces can then be placed on a rack in a hot oven for 25 minutes and for that perfect crisp skin, place under the grill for approximately 2-3 minutes.  The duck pieces can also be simply cooked in a frying pan over a moderate heat for approx 10 minutes each side until hot and crispy.   The flavour of the duck which has been created by using this method of preserving a cooking for thousands of years has to be tasted to be truly appreciated. The melting texture of the meat is pure indulgence and is extremely versatile as a starter or main course.
