This product is a fantastic ingredient that can be used to create wonderful dishes. Dried mushroom have a fuller more intense flavour than fresh as they are more concentrated. To use, simply soak them in warm water for 30 minutess (but longer for better results) The result is not only a very impressive ingredient to enhance any meat, fish or poultry dish but the remaining stock is perfect to use in Risottos or sauces.  Drain the mushrooms through a fine seive or muslin to remove any grit and use accordingly.
