A fantastic assortment of Rices and Pulses including Risotto, Pearl Barley and Spelt, an old style wheat that is often favoured by peolpe with allergies to standard wheat.  These dishes are very easy to make and each serves 2-3 people.  Simply add water and following the easy instructions on the reverse of the packet.  Each dish is low in fat and make great side dishes or main meals and are an excellent alternative to rice.
