Terms and Conditions
DELIVERY
Delivery charges are calculated by weight and destination and will be dispatched directly from France. The delivery method and price of your order will be displayed and amended as you add / delete items from your shopping cart. For exact confirmation of delivery costs to your area, please feel free contact us.
Orders will normally be dispatched within 2 days of receipt of full payment and all reasonable steps will be taken to ensure the safe and secure arrival of your goods. Please allow approximately 5 working days for the delivery of your order and please notify us if delivery has not been received within 21 days. All goods will be dispatched from the France. We will notify you of any goods that are out of stock and offer an alternative replacement or inform you of approximate delivery dates. The Fat Goose’s liability is limited at any one time to the total cost of the order including delivery and we shall not be held liable for delays in delivery or changes in products that are out of our control.
PURCHASING GOODS
All products purchased via this web site will be governed by the terms and conditions set out below. The terms and conditions are subject to change and the terms in place at the time of order will prevail. All of our products are sold subject to availability and we reserve the right to change details at any time. Occassionally, the packaging of our products may differ from that shown within this website although the contents will always remain as described.
The minimum order is 100kg
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by debit or credit card using our 100% secure online payment system. Due to the nature of this service, automatic payment is made without your card details being accessed by The Fat Goose. Names and addresses of our customers will be used by The Fat Goose for delivery purposes only and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, will not be forwarded to any third party without express prior authorisation.
If you wish to make payment in any other currency other than £ sterling, please contact us first for confirmation.
PRICES
Prices quoted on our website at the time of order shall stand correct. We reserve the right to review prices periodically in accordance with changes in legislation, duties, taxes and fluctuations in exchange rates. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are inclusive of any VAT payable but exclusive of Delivery.
RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS
All goods should be inspected upon receipt and any discrepancies or complaints should be notified within 48 hours. We will refund the cost of any goods that do not meet with your satisfaction although we do not take liability for return postage and packaging costs. All damaged goods must be retained for inspection or return.
Orders can be cancelled within 7 days of the order being placed. If goods have already been dispatched, the cost of the delivery and return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.
